Singapore’s total trade in 2004 amounted to US$ 329.2 billion approximately. This had already grown to US$ 477 billion in September 2005.

Singapore’s global exports were worth US$ 174 billion (f.o.b.) in 2004 and included machinery and equipment (including electronics), consumer goods, chemicals and mineral fuels .

Imports

Singapore’s global imports were worth US$ 155.2 billion in 2004 and included machinery and equipment, mineral fuels, chemicals and foodstuffs.
